Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026
Last updated: August 2, 2026

Bravo Zulu Real Estate Company respects the privacy of homeowners, family members, professional contacts, and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect through bravozulu-realestate.com, how we use and route it, and the choices available to you.

This website provides general real estate information and is not legal, tax, financial, or foreclosure-rescue advice.

Information You Provide

When you submit a website form, use the options-review tool, call, text, or email us, you may provide information such as:

  • your name;
  • phone number and email address;
  • property address;
  • the type of property issue you select, such as foreclosure, a Notice of Default, a Notice of Trustee Sale, inherited property, tax default, repairs, or another urgent property concern;
  • a timeline or deadline you choose to share;
  • questions, messages, and other details you voluntarily provide; and
  • communication preferences, opt-out requests, or consent records associated with your inquiry.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account information, passwords, medical information, or other information that is not necessary for us to review a property-related inquiry.

Information Collected Automatically

Like many websites, our site may collect limited technical and usage information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;
  • pages viewed, referring page, approximate visit time, and site interactions;
  • general source or campaign information, such as referral source and UTM parameters; and
  • privacy-safe analytics events used to understand website performance and form reliability.

We use Google Analytics or similar measurement tools to understand aggregate website activity. Depending on the provider and its configuration, the provider may receive browser, device, network, and interaction information. We do not intentionally place names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, free-text messages, notice details, consent text, or CRM receipt identifiers into analytics events or marketing pixels.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • respond to your request and contact you about the property or situation you described;
  • help you review property-related timelines and practical real estate options;
  • schedule, document, and follow up on conversations;
  • maintain backup lead records and prevent the loss or duplication of inquiries;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and forms;
  • measure website performance using privacy-safe analytics;
  • honor STOP, unsubscribe, wrong-person, do-not-contact, and other communication preferences;
  • detect fraud, abuse, technical failures, or security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights and those of others.

How Website Inquiries Are Stored and Routed

Our current website intake is designed to preserve more than one delivery path:

  1. The inquiry is stored as a private lead record in our WordPress website.
  2. A lead notification is routed to Bravo Zulu’s business email.
  3. The inquiry is routed to Follow Up Boss, our current customer-relationship-management system, for follow-up and recordkeeping.

Our website is hosted through managed WordPress infrastructure. Service providers that host, secure, deliver, monitor, or support these systems may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Bravo Zulu is developing a privately controlled operations platform. That platform is not currently the live source of truth for website inquiries. If a future connection is approved, WordPress will remain store-first and the existing WordPress, email, and Follow Up Boss paths will remain active during a controlled parallel-validation period. A future connection must use a server-to-server signed delivery process with receipt, idempotency, integrity, retry, and reconciliation controls. Website form information will not be sent to the owned platform through a marketing pixel.

When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • service providers that host or support our website, email, CRM, analytics, security, communications, or business operations;
  • professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, or other specialists, when authorized or reasonably necessary;
  • government agencies, courts, or other parties when required by law or valid legal process; and
  • a successor or involved party in a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell homeowner form information for money. We do not authorize service providers to use form submissions for their own independent marketing. We also do not use a marketing pixel as the delivery mechanism for a homeowner inquiry.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

If you provide contact information and submit a request, we may respond by phone, text message, or email as described near the form or communication channel you used. Message and data rates may apply.

You may ask us to stop marketing or follow-up communications at any time:

We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can honor a stop or do-not-contact request. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent when applicable.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and audit records, honoring suppression requests, resolving disputes, securing systems, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and service provider.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No website, email, CRM, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If we identify a material incident affecting information under our control, we will respond according to applicable law and our incident procedures.

California Privacy Choices

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy law, depending on the circumstances and whether a particular law applies to Bravo Zulu. These rights may include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or receiving information about how it is collected, used, or disclosed.

To make a privacy request, email troy@bravozulu-realestate.com with the subject Privacy Request or call (909) 285-2260. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If our practices or applicable legal obligations change, we will update this policy and any required privacy choices before the change takes effect.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults handling real estate or property-related matters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it.

External Links

Our website may link to government agencies, housing resources, social platforms, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our website, service providers, legal obligations, or business practices change. The Last updated date will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented in an appropriate manner before or when they take effect.
